SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Tom & Deen support worldwide shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
These estimated timelines are currently longer than usual due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, which causing a slowdown in international shipping operations.
Order processing times are between 1-5 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 24 hours, but if our partners are exceptionally backed up, processing times may go up to 5 business days following the day you placed your order.
Please refer to the table below for various shipping times to international destinations. Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
Tom & Deen does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
If you do not receive your package based on the beyond estimates we inviting you to submit a ticket to our Support Team. A full refund will be granted if a package will not arrive within 45 days from the time of the order.
P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.
