What are the delivery delays for my order?
The delivery delays for France are on average between 5 and 7 working days. However, for other European countries, they delivery delays are from 10 to 15 working days.
I Only received part of my order: is this normal?
If you have ordered several articles, it is possible that you will not receive all of them at the same time, as your products are sent as different parcels.
What are they payment methods? Do you accept cheques?
At the moment, you can pay by card (VISA, Mastercard…) or using Paypal on our website. We do not accept bank cheques. We don’t take payments from cheques
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PRODUCT?
We propose a “satisfied or refunded” guarantee, in the event that the product does not meet your expectations. All that is required is that you send us an e-mail and we will explain the steps necessary to send your products back to us. We will then, following the receival of your product, proceed to refund you order, however the postal costs related to the return are at your expense.
If the product received is damaged/defected when delivered, please contact our support at email@example.com with photos of the damaged item, a refund will be made or a replacement will be sent after verification.
